Terms of Service

The short version of how buying and selling on FrontRowBid works. If anything here conflicts with how the product actually behaves, the product is what we'll fix.

The marketplace

FrontRowBid connects buyers and sellers of event tickets. We're not a party to any sale — sellers list tickets they own, buyers pay the listed buy-now price or make a lower offer, and a sale completes only once a seller accepts. We facilitate the transaction and payment; the ticket itself is the seller's to deliver.

Accounts

You need an account to buy, sell, or make offers. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One person, one account — don't register on someone else's behalf without their permission.

Listings and offers

Sellers must own or control the tickets they list and set an honest buy-now price. Buyers' offers are binding once a seller accepts them — your saved payment method is charged automatically at that point, not before. Accepting one offer on a listing cancels every other pending offer on it.

Fees

Buyers pay exactly the listed or accepted price, never more. A platform fee is deducted from the seller's side of every completed sale, disclosed before you list.

Cancellations

Sellers can cancel an active listing before it sells. Once a sale completes, cancellation is handled case by case — contact support if something's gone wrong with a specific order.

Prohibited conduct

No fraudulent listings, no manipulating offers with accounts you control on both sides, no scraping or automated abuse of the marketplace, no listing tickets you don't have the right to sell.

Changes

We may update these terms as the marketplace evolves. Continuing to use FrontRowBid after a change means you accept the update.
