What we collect, why, and what stays private. Plainly stated, not buried in legalese.
What we collect
Your name and email when you register; listings, offers, and orders you create; saved searches and favorites; and basic payment metadata from Stripe (we never see or store your full card number). We don't collect more than the marketplace needs to function.
How we use it
To run the marketplace: matching offers to listings, processing payments, sending order and price-alert notifications you've opted into, and showing your public storefront (name, rating, active listings) to other users.
What's public
Your display name, seller rating, and active listings are visible to anyone browsing the marketplace once you list a ticket — that's how buyers know who they're buying from. Your email, payment details, and offer history stay private.
Sharing
We share data with the vendors that make the marketplace work — Stripe for payments, and infrastructure providers for hosting — and never sell your data to advertisers or other third parties.
Your choices
You can turn off email/push/SMS notifications individually, make your wishlist public or private at any time, and delete saved searches or favorites whenever you like. Closing your account removes your listings and personal data, subject to what we're required to retain for completed transactions.
