Buy now, or offer lower
Every listing has a buy-now price. Pay it and the ticket is instantly yours — no waiting on the seller. Prefer to pay less? Place an offer below the buy-now price and the seller can accept it any time before the event.
A seller can counter your offer
Instead of just accepting or rejecting an offer, a seller can come back with a different price. You'll see the countered price right on your My offers tab, with the option to accept it or decline and move on.
Ask a question before you offer
Not sure if two seats are actually together? Message the seller directly from the listing — you'll need to be logged in to send one. Replies show up in your dashboard's Messages tab.
Or make an offer for a type of seat
Don't see the exact seats you want? Post an offer for a section (and optionally a row range) at whatever price you're willing to pay. Any seller whose listing matches gets notified and can accept it. Need more than one seat together? Set a minimum seat count on your offer — a match against a bigger block still comes at the price you offered, just with extra seats included.
Buyer protection
Your card is only ever charged once an offer is accepted or you buy now — never before. If a charge fails for any reason, the listing automatically goes back on the market instead of silently staying reserved, and you're never charged twice: accepting one of your offers or purchases cancels every other pending offer you have out.
See what's happening before you offer
Every listing shows how many offers it already has and the highest one so far, plus the seller's star rating right where you're browsing — no guessing whether a ticket is getting real interest or who you're buying from.
Prices can drop before you buy
A seller can set a minimum offer they'll accept, or schedule a price to automatically drop at a future date — both show up right on the listing, so the buy-now price you see is always the real one.
Save a search, or share your wishlist
Save a search (keyword, category, venue, or a price ceiling) and we'll notify you when a new listing matches. Favoriting events builds a wishlist you can optionally make public with a shareable link — off by default, and turning it off breaks the old link immediately.
Some listings are promoted
A seller can pay a small fee to surface their listing higher in the list for a few days — look for the Promoted badge. It never changes the price you pay, just where the listing shows up.
Fees
The price you see is the price you pay — buyers are never charged more than the listed or accepted amount. A platform fee is deducted from the seller's side of every completed sale.
